A Hoys ticket in the Ladies.

The day started off with Justine being 4th in a large lightweight ridden hunter class on Todd (Kansas Toddle)- once again being very consistently close to that ticket! Justine then rode Mathew (Lord Litchfied) to second place in the HOYS Heavyweight Hunter class. It was then a quick change after the hunter championship into the ladies gear and Justine was back on todd this time in the side-saddle! Todd went beautfully on the go round and was pulled in third. After the judge rode, she commented on what a comfortable ride he was and to our delight Todd went up to win and collect his HOYS ticket for the ladies hunter- a real acheivement for the horses third time in the ring with a side-saddle on! it will also be a good ten years since justine last competed at HOYS in the ladies! It was then time for the novice ridden hunter class where Justine and Andor O (Arthur) were second in a HUGE! class!! Justine then turned her attention to the workers! she started off by jumping a good clear on Manny to finish third in the open lightweight class. She then won the novice WH (and a big trophy!) with Zepper (Liam) ending a good day at the show.
