The team are off to HOYS!!

Two tickets for the team - and a very busy week!

This week has seen a very busy week for the team - travelling between New Forest & Hampshire Show and the Royal International Horse show at Hickstead.  The week started well with Kansas Toddle finishing second in the Lightweight class at New Forest, only just missing out on his ticket.  Then the luck changed for the team when Lord Litchfield won his first ever Heavyweight Hunter class, and with it secured his ticket to HOYS.  After finishing 3rd in last years championships, the team are eager to see how he will fare this year after making the transition to a heavyweight!  Mainly Manhattan then jumped a super clear round, and finished a credible 6th in the strong Working Hunter class.  Justine was back on the Thursday with Flyte, our Large Hack, who performed beautifully and went on to finish second, also claiming his ticket to HOYS.

The team then flew over to Hickstead where Kansas Toddle contests in the Lightweight Hunter championship, where he finished just outside of the 8 placings but was pleased to be pulled in 8th and finish in the top ten.  Mainly Manhattan jumped a stunning round, to be marred by a very unlucky fence down, and was left just out of the placings.  Fawsley chiff chaff was 3rd in the lead rein Show Pony and Victoria Myronidis was 5th on Whalton High Esteem in the Large Part Bred Arab. Mainly Manhatten and Justine were 9th in the Lightweight Working Hunter also.
