A day in the scorching heat at the Northern Show proved to be worth the sacrifice, with a successful day for the team.

Justine started the day by finishing second in the HOYS Lightweight class on her new ride, the 5 year old Zepper. Although dissappointed to just miss out on the ticket, this was a fantastic result for Liam who has only done a handful of shows. 

Justines form then continued into the next class, the HOYS Middleweight Hunter, where Lord Litchfield stood top of the big, strong class.  This was an emphatic result for the team, especially for Justine, who has produced Matthew herself from an unbroken three year old.  Matthew then went on to jump a superb clear round in the Novice Working Hunter, one of only three, and took his second red rosette of the day.

Justine also jumped her seasoned campaigner, Mainly Manhattan, in the HOYS worker, where she again just missed out on her HOYS ticket, finishing second in another strong class.

The team now enjoys two days well earned rest, before heading to Royal Norfolk.
